- Plan and execute projects, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and manage project progress, identifying and resolving issues and deviations from the plan.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage project risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Track project performance and report on project status to stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies.
- Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report.
What is our requirement
**Immediate Joiner would be preferred
Educational Qualification:
A degree or diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent education and experience.
Work Experience:
Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 5 years in project management.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Software Proficiency Required:
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Solid understanding of project management principles and best practices.
What are our Expectations
- Excellent Analytical skills required
- Ability to work under pressure in given deadlines.
- Should be smart, self-motivated, energetic, and passionate about the profession.
- Work experience as a .NET Developer
- Proficiency in building windows form App or WPF
- In-depth knowledge of the .NET languages like C#
- Additional skill preference: Java script, SQL, MySQL experience
- Troubleshooting abilities
- Good communication skills
- Min. 3 years’ experience on development[plugin/tool/add-in] on top of any mechanical/civil software like Tekla, SDS/2, AutoCAD, Revit, etc. would be an added advantage.
