Continuing the practice of including more team members, this time more than 50 key employees were part of this review meeting, representing all the branch offices & involving different departments.
Apart from the Management, HR, Technical Teams, QC, QA, IT, Estimation, Marketing, Accounts and Finance, Techflow's CCSD Trainer (Certificate Course in Structural Steel Detailing) was also invited.
The Management reviewed the set process and ensured better services to all our existing Customers that Techflow deals with.
Management also reviewed the QMS to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy, effectiveness and its alignment with the strategic direction of the Organization.
We basically discussed the improvement areas and the best practices with a focus on the business.
The emphasis was to increase employee efficiency with accountability by bringing changes in certain work procedures & policies keeping in mind the Organization's overall development.
Final outcome of the Q1- Q2 review meeting was to aim for a substantial business growth by ensuring Customer satisfaction.
