We involved more team members from different departments this time comparative to the last quarter review meeting, total 46 key employees were part of this review meeting.
Apart from the management, HR and Technical team, more participants were added from other functions viz. QC, QA, IT, Estimation, Marketing and Finance department respectively.
The management review process required Top management to periodically review the QMS to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy, effectiveness and alignment with the strategic direction of the organization.
Internal and external issues were discussed and resolved- and their potential effect on the strategic direction of the organization analysed.
Mostly the emphasis was making team more responsible with accountability & developing more and more serving hand to strengthen organization.

As our organization's QMS increases in its effectiveness and efficiency, and overall performance will likewise increase.
