Techflow Engineers PM Meeting July 2019Venue : 13 July 2019 At Ramada Hotel, New Mumbai
In line with the management philosophy to include more key Employees, Project Managers & Team Leaders in the PM Meeting, this time 40 staff members were part of this meeting, representing the branch offices & different departments in Techflow.
Representatives from the Management, HR, Accounts and Finance, QC, QA, Training & Support, Estimation & PM/TL from Technical Teams actively participated.
The emphasis was to increase employee efficiency with accountability, making teams more responsible & developing more serving hands to strengthen the Organization.
Improvement areas, Internal & External issues were discussed with a focus on the business, We aimed for substantial business growth by ensuring customer satisfaction.
Execution, QA & QC team's performances for previous quarters were reviewed and best performers were recognized and rewarded with trophy & certificates.
