- Leading the technical communication & coordination with QC Team Leads for the project with internal execution team.
- Conducting kick-off meetings and job progress meetings with the whole team.
- Studying the job and preparing the bar chart for job planning with QC Team Leads.
- Preparing and submitting the QC review schedule to execution team.
- Visualizing the job and formulating the system to check at various stages and maintaining the documentation with the help of Document controller.
- Allocating the task to QC lead on the job according to the nature of the job & past performance of the team members.
- Thumb checking the RFI’s raised by QC Lead / QC Engineer
- Attending job meeting / conference call with the client along with execution team, QC lead and QC Engineer (As required).
- Keeping the daily updates of the current job status
- Keeping watch on the performance of the team members for submitting the efficiency chart quarterly to QC Head.
- Keeping watch on the job submittals to make sure about the quality by thumb check and review of the submittals.
- Distributing daily work to QC lead as per project requirement & daily instructions from client.
- Guiding the QC lead on their technical problems.
- Gathering standard project requirement like Zoning, Numbering from client.
- Checking job mails regularly for updates on projects.
- Trying and reducing the time of the execution of services.
What is our requirement
**Immediate Joiner would be preferred
Educational Qualification:
Full time – B.Tech. or B.E. /Diploma in Civil / Mechanical
Work Experience:
Min. 3 Year experiance of Drawings checking and Model checking
Software Proficiency Required:
- Expertise in TEKLA and advance checking tools
- Sound knowledge of Autocad
- Sound knowledge of Bluebeam software
- Sound knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in Structural and Misc. Steel model checking as against contract drawings
- Experience in Checking GA & Assembly drawings as against contract drawings.
- Sound knowledge of AISC, NISD, IBC, CISC and OSHA standards of structural steel detailing.
