- Reviewing models and drawings according to various standards, codes, and contractual documents.
- Maintaining records of model comment sheets and drawing prints.
- Compiling a list of model corrections identified during the review process, marking them on model comment sheets and drawing check prints.
- Aiming for a comprehensive review of models and drawings to minimize additional comments on the final sign-off prints.
- Striving to reduce the recurrence of mistakes and errors to enhance service quality and ensure timely delivery.
- Assisting in creating schedules.
What is our requirement
**Immediate Joiner would be preferred
Educational Qualification:
Successful completion of a full-time program in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, including B.E., Diploma, or I.T.I.
Work Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in checking drawings and models.
Software Proficiency Required:
- Proficiency in TEKLA / SDS2 software and advanced checking tools.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in using Bluebeam software.
- Experience in checking structural and miscellaneous steel models based on contract drawings.
- Experience in reviewing General Arrangement (GA) and Assembly drawings according to contract specifications.
- Solid understanding of structural steel detailing standards, including AISC, NISD, IBC, CISC, and OSHA guidelines.
- Knowledge of TEKLA / SDS2 API, C++, .Net, and advanced tool development (if applicable).
