- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market gaps and growth areas.
- Create and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close business deals to secure new contracts and partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and revenue growth.
What is our requirement
**Immediate Joiner would be preferred
Educational Qualification:
A degree or diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent education and experience.
Work Experience:
• Proven experience in business development, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
Software Proficiency Required:
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales and business development targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and networking abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with relevant industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
What are our Expectations
- Excellent Analytical skills required
- Ability to work under pressure in given deadlines.
- Should be smart, self-motivated, energetic, and passionate about the profession.
- Work experience as a .NET Developer
- Proficiency in building windows form App or WPF
- In-depth knowledge of the .NET languages like C#
- Additional skill preference: Java script, SQL, MySQL experience
- Troubleshooting abilities
- Good communication skills
- Min. 3 years’ experience on development[plugin/tool/add-in] on top of any mechanical/civil software like Tekla, SDS/2, AutoCAD, Revit, etc. would be an added advantage.
